We are looking for a Manager-level Data Visualization Engineer to join our Client's team on a remote working model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the
  -
  - end process of design, build, UAT, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of Microsoft Power BI dashboards for global campaign performance and data quality/compliance monitoring.
• Engage with
  - technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective,
  - friendly dashboards.
• Collaborate with data engineers to clearly define and communicate dashboard data requirements.
• Apply best practices in Power BI development, ensuring semantic layer optimization and efficient load times.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in collaboration with the wider data engineering team.
• Provide user support for reporting solutions, triaging queries and ensuring timely resolutions.
• Present solutions, progress, and updates in stakeholder meetings.
• Support and maintain strong relationships with
  - party data providers to ensure access to
  - quality data.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven portfolio of dashboards (live links preferred;
  
  screenshots acceptable).
• Strong professional experience designing and building dashboards, particularly with Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience handling advertising media data.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to tell compelling stories with data.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Passion for the digital marketing ecosystem and the role of data within it.
• Proven ability to work effectively within teams and with stakeholders of varying technical expertise.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience using or building reports with business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Tableau.
• Prior work experience in marketing organizations, ideally within media agencies, publishers, ad tech, or client marketing departments.
