Emagine is currently looking for a Lead Business Analyst – Growth to join a

The selected professional will collaborate closely with stakeholders, product managers, and
- functional teams to transform business needs into actionable insights, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and supporting brand positioning and market competitiveness.

Your main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and
  - functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Partner with Product Managers to define product roadmaps, ensuring consistency with strategic goals and market direction.
• Contribute to brand positioning efforts by providing
  - driven insights on pricing strategies and market trends.
• Leverage reporting and visualization tools such as Qlik, Tableau, and Power BI to deliver actionable insights.
• Utilize SQL and database knowledge to extract, analyze, and validate data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Document IT tools, systems, and workflows to support user adoption and future system enhancements.
• Manage and prioritize requests using ticketing tools (e. g. , Jira, Service
  Now) to ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process and system optimization.
• Support

  - market strategies through close collaboration with marketing and commercial teams.
• Participate in team activities such as workshops, trainings, and agile ceremonies, contributing to collective growth and knowledge sharing.

You bring:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with exposure to product management or brand management functions.
• Strong proficiency in Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, and other data visualization or reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of SQL and database structures, with
  - on experience in data extraction and validation.
• Demonstrated ability to document IT systems and workflows clearly and effectively.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (e. g. , Jira, Service
  Now) and agile methodologies.
• Understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and brand positioning principles.
