Responsibilities

• Define and validate Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
• Work closely with SMEs, solution architects, and technical analysts
• Design
  -
  - end processes (AS-IS and TO-BE)
• Ensure compliance with documentation and governance standards and processes
• Support project/program management by delivering documentation in a timely manner
• Participate in the definition and approval of
  - level design deliverables and requirements traceability matrix
• Apply prioritization methodologies (Mo
  SCo
  W) and a
  - based approach
• Perform
  - level data analysis to identify requirements and data sources
• Support the definition of data dictionary and data mapping documentation
• Collaborate on testing, including defect triage, script review, and results validation
• Support the management of Change Requests when necessary
  
  

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the context of complex programs
• Solid knowledge of requirements documentation, process design, and documentation management
• Experience in prioritization methodologies (Mo
  SCo
  W) and risk management in requirements
• Experience in data analysis and associated documentation (data dictionary, data mapping)
• Knowledge of the testing lifecycle and support for QA teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative work skills
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
