• Within Procurement & Performance, you will join the Procurement Operations Team.
• As a buyer in the Procurement Operations team, your role is to operate on behalf of internal clients, purchasing goods and services (Software, Hardware, Telco, among others), ensuring compliance with regulations and BNP Paribas standards, applying
  - sourcing strategies, and achieving savings targets.

Your Main Activities Are

• Support clients (BNP Paribas entities worldwide) in their purchasing requests, ensuring satisfaction in quality, costs, and processing time.
• Coordinate RFP (Request for Proposal) processes, analyze suppliers’ offers, and manage negotiations, primarily in English.
• Negotiate the best price conditions with providers to meet savings targets.
• Negotiate framework contracts in French and English.
• Engage and coordinate internal stakeholders (IT, Legal, Compliance, Security; mainly French speakers) to gather inputs for contracts and ensure regulatory and BNP standards compliance.
• Contribute to the improvement of procurement processes and tools.

Profile And Skills To Success

• High School diploma.
• Up to 2 years of experience in procurement or similar roles.
• Knowledge in IT procurement.
• Comfort with reading, negotiating, and managing contracts in French and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power
  Point, Word).
• Intermediate/advanced French skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Availability and customer orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Rigor and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Dynamic and proactive attitude.
