Role: Lead C++ Developer (Ro
CE/RDMA)

Location: Remote, Europe

Required skills:

• Strong experience in modern C/C++ (C++17/20) with 5‑10+ years in low‑latency systems.
• Expert in Ro
  CE/RDMA, including RC QPs,
  - core/libibverbs, and Write‑with‑Immediate.
• Deep Linux optimization skills, covering CPU affinity, NUMA pinning, huge pages, perf/ftrace/flamegraphs, and CQ moderation trade‑offs.
• Production‑grade reliability, ensuring ordering, duplicate suppression, idempotent apply, and replay mechanisms.
• Benchmarking discipline, using perftest (ib_send_lat, ib_write_bw) and custom performance harnesses.
