How Can You Help? We’re looking for someone who can lay the foundation of cybersecurity at Sensei. You’ll play a critical role in defining our security strategy, assessing our current posture, and leading the implementation of practical, scalable solutions.

- Promote security awareness and best practices across the company.
- Recommend and roll out tools to improve visibility, protection, and incident response.
- Partner with Engineering teams to ensure security is integrated into infrastructure and workflows.
You Will Bring to the Table:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- 5+ years of
- on experience in cybersecurity, with exposure to both strategy and execution. - Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure security (preferably AWS).
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management, vulnerability management, and endpoint protection.
- Familiarity with secure software development and Dev
Sec
Ops principles. - Ability to assess risk, prioritize work, and implement pragmatic solutions.
- Experience with common security tooling (SIEMs, EDR, secrets management, SAST/DAST, etc. ).
- Clear communication skills. You can explain security concepts to both technical and
- technical audiences. - Proactive, resourceful mindset. You’re comfortable building from scratch and making decisions with limited guidance.
After Six Months, Success Means:
- You’ve completed a clear assessment of our current security posture and established a baseline.
- Critical risks have been mitigated or are actively being addressed.
- We have clear, documented security policies and practices that are being followed.
- Foundational tools are in place to monitor, detect, and respond to threats.
- Developers and staff are more aware of security responsibilities in their
-
- day work. - You are the
- to person for security strategy and decisions, and are shaping how we scale securely.
What's in it for You:
- Collaborate with outstanding people, enhance your skill set, and make a meaningful contribution to the world.
- Flexible benefits package, be it a gym membership, the monthly fee of your child’s kindergarten, or an investment for retirement – the choice is yours!
- Health Insurance
- Hybrid Working Model
- 5 extra days off per year on top of 22 statutory leave days: Your Birthday, Carnival Day, Christmas Eve, and 2 Health-Focus Days
- This is the most exciting time to join Sensei, and you'll have direct input and influence on the direction we take.
