A. , a large international banking group that provides IT Skills & Software Development services to the IT organizations within the group's business lines. About Responsibilities
Within our Expertise Development Pole led by our CTO, you will play a crucial role to shape and optimize how our organization leverages data. With a focus on data visualization, data management, data governance, and data analysis, you will drive strategic initiatives while ensuring reliable data solutions.
Beyond technical excellence, you'll lead
- functional teams and transform complex concepts into actionable insights for
- technical stakeholders.
Your main missions will be:
- Design and develop scalable and efficient data driven architecture solutions to meet organizational needs.
- Oversee data visualization initiatives, creating
- friendly dashboards and reports that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions. - Lead data management strategies, including data governance, collection, transformation, integration, and storage, ensuring data quality and reliability.
- Implement and optimize data governance frameworks to ensure compliance, security, and ethical use of data.
- Perform advanced data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategy and innovation.

- Mentor and guide team members, promoting skill development and professional growth within the company and the group.
About You
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data engineering, data architecture, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e. g. , Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and programming languages (e. g. , Python, SQL, Java, Go).
- Deep understanding of data management, governance, and analysis methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e. g. , GCP, AWS), big data technologies (e. g. , Spark, Hadoop), Data Warehose/Lake technologies (e. g. Snow
Flake, others), and event streams and message queues (e. g. Kafka, Rabbit
MQ). - Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate
- functional teams. - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to present technical information to diverse audiences.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends and innovations in the data field.
- Experience in Project Management or Agile leadership roles are a plus.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, French is a real plus.
