About Responsibilities

Within our Expertise Development Pole led by our CTO, you will play a crucial role to shape and optimize how our organization leverages data. With a focus on data visualization, data management, data governance, and data analysis , you will drive strategic initiatives while ensuring reliable data solutions.

Beyond technical excellence, you'll lead
- functional teams and transform complex concepts into actionable insights for
- technical stakeholders.

Your main missions will be:

Design and develop scalable and efficient data driven architecture solutions to meet organizational needs.

Oversee data visualization initiatives, creating
- friendly dashboards and reports that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions.

Lead data management strategies, including data governance, collection, transformation, integration, and storage, ensuring data quality and reliability.

Implement and optimize data governance frameworks to ensure compliance, security, and ethical use of data.

Perform advanced data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategy and innovation.

Collaborate with
- functional teams to deliver

- end data solutions, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.

Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to
- technical stakeholders, fostering trust and understanding.

Write, debug, and optimize code to directly contribute to the development and maintenance of data systems.

Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance our data capabilities.

Mentor and guide team members, promoting skill development and professional growth within the company and the group.

About You

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in data engineering, data architecture, or a similar role.

Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e. g. , Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and programming languages (e. g. , Python, SQL, Java, Go).

Deep understanding of data management, governance, and analysis methodologies.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e. g. , GCP, AWS), big data technologies (e. g. , Spark, Hadoop), Data Warehose/Lake technologies (e. g. Snow
Flake, others), and event streams and message queues (e. g. Kafka, Rabbit
MQ).

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate
- functional teams.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to present technical information to diverse audiences.

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.

Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends and innovations in the data field.

Experience in Project Management or Agile leadership roles are a plus.

Fluency in English is mandatory, French is a real plus.
