Lead Architect

Functions;

• Will lead the assessment.
• Will be responsible for defining the 3-year roadmap and the SAS decommissioning strategy, based on a detailed analysis of existing processes.
• Will oversee the creation of the platform blueprint, ensuring best practices in design and security are met.

Knowledge and experience

• Knowledge of data platform foundations.
• Will be responsible for defining the 3-year roadmap and the SAS decommissioning strategy, based on a detailed analysis of existing processes.
• Extensive experience in
  
  - scale data ecosystem migrations, with a focus on target architecture (Azure/Databricks).
• Demonstrated ability to align technology with business objectives and manage stakeholder expectations.

Functions

• Responsible for designing technical standards (error handling, naming conventions) and developing the platform's foundational software.
• Will contribute to the Fin
  Ops framework for cloud cost management and performance optimisation.

Knowledge and experience

• Experience in the Azure and Databricks ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of software development, data quality, and automation, which is vital for the resilience of the new ecosystem.

Senior Functional Analyst

Functions

• Will facilitate communication between technical and business teams.
• Will be responsible for defining and validating the insurance sector data model, ensuring the logical and conceptual design aligns with Ageas's business needs.

Knowledge and experience

• More than 5 years of experience in the insurance sector.
• Expert in data modelling, with experience in organising and validating entities, relationships, and data requirements.

Senior Governance

Functions

• Guide the functional Assessment for the identification of pain points. Also, consolidate the aspirational business vision and translate pain points into quick wins.
• Measure the maturity level of different governance artefacts such as catalogue, inventories, documentation, and process categorization.
• Functionally define, based on business impact, the process migration waves, including indicators for wave monitoring.
• Define the communication strategy by waves, roles, and business areas.

Knowledge and experience

• 2 to 4 years in data management or business intelligence.
• Outstanding knowledge in management, construction, and definition of processes and business logic.
• Knowledge in the creation, use, and evolution of governance artefacts as enablers for process migration.
• Experience in managing change management and platform decommissioning projects.

Excellent communication skills for interacting with business areas.
