About the Role

We’re expanding our Data Science capacity to support our customers.

The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of Generative AI systems, advanced predictive models, and
- scale analytics pipelines across cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Generative AI solutions, including models leveraging transformers, embeddings, and LLM-based pipelines;
  
  
• Build and optimize traditional Machine Learning models (classification, regression, clustering, etc. );
  
  
• Explore, transform, and prepare data using best practices in feature engineering and data manipulation;
  
  
• Ensure reproducibility and automation of ML pipelines using MLOps (MLflow, CI/CD, model monitoring, versioning);
  
  
• Lead technical communication with internal stakeholders, providing clear analytical insights focused on business impact;
  
  
• Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, machine learning, cloud, and model governance;
  
  
• Manage and mentor a growing team, fostering technical excellence, collaboration, and best practices;
  
  
• Engage in
  - sales activities, contributing to proposals and technical scoping for potential clients.

Requirements

• Degree or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or similar fields;
  
  
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, including
  -
  - end project delivery;
  
  
• Proven experience leading data science teams, mentoring, or technically guiding peers;
  
  
• Hands-on experience building Generative AI solutions, using: Transformers, embeddings, prompt engineering.
• Strong knowledge of traditional ML (supervised and unsupervised learning);
  
  
• Proficiency in Python, including numpy, pandas,
  - learn, matplotlib and seaborn;
  
  
• Experience with
  Py
  Spark and handling
  - scale datasets;
  
  
• Practical knowledge of MLOps, model deployment and monitoring (e. G. , MLflow);
  
  
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments, namely: Azure (e. G. , Azure Machine Learning, Data Factory);
  
  GCP (e. G. , Vertex AI, Big
  Query);
  
  AWS (e. G. , Sage
  Maker, S3);
  
  
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience with
  - source LLMs (LLa
  MA, Mistral, Falcon);
  
  
• Knowledge of frameworks such as Lang
  Chain, Lang
  Smith or Llama
  Index;
  
  
• Relevant cloud certifications (e. G. , Azure AI Engineer Associate, AWS ML Specialty, GCP Data Engineer);
  
  
• Ability to define and implement best practices in Data Science and AI governance;
  
  
• Awareness of data ethics, algorithmic bias and privacy considerations;
  
  
• Previous experience in energy sector projects is a strong plus.
