We seek a Lead Delivery Engineer (Dev
Ops & CI/CD Leadership) to join our global Technology team. This role offers a dynamic environment with growth opportunities.

This role involves shaping and guiding platform engineering strategies, focusing on infrastructure modernization, scaling CI/CD, and promoting engineering excellence. The ideal candidate has deep experience in
- native platforms, infrastructure as code, automation, leadership, and collaboration.

Delivery Engineering Team

This team builds and improves systems to accelerate software and infrastructure delivery, emphasizing Dev
Ops practices and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable delivery platforms and CI/CD pipelines
• Mentor junior and
  - level engineers
• Collaborate with teams to align platform capabilities with delivery needs
• Lead initiatives like platform migrations (e. g. , Jenkins to Git
  Lab-CI)
• Maintain high standards in platform reliability, security, capacity, and performance
• Support hiring, onboarding, and knowledge sharing
• Assist in incident management and operational excellence
• Promote cost awareness, observability, and performance optimization
• Enhance team skills and share knowledge
• Advocate for monitoring, alerting, logging

Requirements

• 8+ years in senior or lead roles in infrastructure, Dev
  Ops, or platform engineering
• Experience leading engineering projects and teams
• Ability to influence
  - functional teams
• Experience with cloud platforms (OCI, GCP), Kubernetes
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Git
  Lab CI/CD, Flux
  CD), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm, Ansible), Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Strong scripting and programming skills (Bash, Golang)
• Understanding of security, SRE principles, cost optimization
• Linux expertise, troubleshooting skills
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments
