Your Role
We are looking for a Lead Developer (m/f/d) to join our agile and international team. You will develop our Sea
Schedule product, which ensures the availability of accurate,

- date seafreight schedule information across Kuehne+Nagel's global network and systems. You will collaborate with engineers and analysts to build innovative solutions that delight stakeholders and help us advance to the next level.
Your Responsibilities
- Understanding business requirements and translating them into functional software.
- Managing the entire product lifecycle—from ideation through specification, prototyping, integration, and maintenance.
- Collaborating closely with architects.
- Implementing the latest technologies within our existing application landscape.
- Continuously improving processes and working methods.
- Owning the software lifecycle: "You Build It, You Own It".
- Leading the team as a Team Lead.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Several years of experience with agile software development, preferably with technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Angular (or similar), Kafka, Postgres, Docker, build tools, Jenkins, and Git. Comfortable working on both backend and frontend.
- Knowledge of software craftsmanship, CI/CD, and clean code practices.
- Experience with AWS is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices, valuing teamwork, open communication, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
- Commitment to personal and team development.
- Experience working in international teams and collaborating across cultures.
