Exalto Consulting are currently recruiting for a Lead Dev
Ops engineer, this is to work for a global client on a B2B contract basis.

The contract will be remote initially, with a view to spending a couple of days a week in the office in Lisbon, in the future.

You will lead a team of 8 Dev
Ops engineers.

Required Experience

• 7+ years in Dev
Ops, Cloud
Ops, or SRE roles supporting
- scale Saa
S or data driven platforms.

• Deep operational experience with AWS (Fargate, EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM,

Cloud
Watch, Cloud
Trail).

• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Argo
CD, Git
Hub Actions, Jenkins) and automation

scripting (Python, Bash, Type
Script).

• Strong
- on experience with Kubernetes and containerized workloads.

• Working experience with AI/ML platforms (AWS Sage
Maker, Kubeflow, MLflow, or

equivalent).

• Familiarity with GPU workloads and performance/cost tuning for AI pipelines.

• Knowledge of Mongo
DB operations and performance optimization.

• Solid understanding of Fin
Ops principles, cost monitoring, and
- sizing in AWS.

• Experience with observability and incident management (Splunk, Grafana,

Telemetry).

Desired Experience

• Advanced expertise in AWS CDK, including building complex, reusable constructs

and pipelines.

• Familiarity with Projen for automating CDK project configuration and management.

• Hands-on experience with Helm charts and Kubernetes manifests.

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, Grafana, and AWS

Cloud
Watch.

• Exposure to
- tenant Saa
S platforms and best practices.

• Experience working with AI tools and frameworks.

• Awareness of regulatory compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA).
