We are currently seeking a Lead Full-Stack Developer to take charge of our upcoming projects, mentor junior developers, and ensure seamless product delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and architecture of mobile and web applications.

Build
- performance, scalable
- end solutions using React Native.

Develop and maintain Laravel-based backend systems with SQL database design and optimization.

Oversee the technical roadmap and ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technology with business goals.

Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of growth and learning.

Manage code reviews, task assignments, and overall project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in
- stack development.

Strong expertise in React Native (mobile development).

Proficiency in Laravel (PHP framework) and SQL database management.

Experience leading development teams or mentoring junior developers.

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and
- party integrations.

Excellent
- solving and communication skills.

Ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables independently.

Nice to Have

Experience with AWS, Firebase, or cloud deployment.

Knowledge of payment gateways and monetization integrations.

Background in project management tools like Jira or Trello.

Understanding of AI integrations or advanced analytics.
