⚡ We are looking for an experienced Lead Full-stack Engineer (Node. js & React) to join our development team in Lisbon. This role is 80% Backend (Node. js) and 20% Frontend (React) , where you’ll help build and scale a
- generation payments integration platform that connects businesses with multiple financial service providers through secure,
- performance APIs.

Your Mission

Design and implement robust solutions that power our payments platform, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability. You will contribute to building seamless integrations with banks and payment providers while actively participating in the evolution of a
- edge fintech product.

✅ Responsibilities:

✔ Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.

✔ Hiring and training technical personnel.

✔ Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.

✔ Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

✔ Liaising with team members and management to ensure projects are completed to standard.

✔ Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.

✔ Delegating work and assignments to team members.

✔ Collaborating with their team to identify and fix technical problems.

✔ Lead the development of our
- house fintech platform with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.

✔ Build and manage complex payment API integrations with banks, PSPs, and
- party services.

✔ Contribute to backend development, ensuring consistency and stability across the product.

✔ Actively participate in developing new features from concept to production.

✔ Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders in agile workflows to ensure technical feasibility and business alignment.

✔ Support the evolution of the architecture towards modern patterns (microservices, messaging systems, and scalable infrastructure).

✅ Requirements:

✔ At least 8+ years of professional experience in the IT field.

✔ 3+ years of experience in leadership positions.

✔ 3+ years of commercial experience with Node. js.

✔ 5+ years of commercial experience in web development.

✔ Knowledge of Java
Script and the ECMAScript 6 standards.

✔ Commercial experience in implementing REST and Web
Sockets.

✔ Experience with Git version control system.

✔ Experience with commercial databases, My
SQL.

✔ Experience with Rabbit
MQ.

✔ Experience with Redis.

✔ B2 level of English.

✔ Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.

✔ Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
