Lead day to day system development and maintenance activities of the team to meet service level agreements (SLAs). Collaborate with business and technical partners to identify and scope the opportunities, outline potential value and ROI, identify risks, benefits and constraints. Contribute to the overall strategy and manage complex issues within functional area of expertise.

• Working within an Agile development methodology, you will collaborate with other engineers and tech leads and work closely with the architects to deliver an exceptional user experience to our customers.
• In addition, you'll have the opportunity to work with new frameworks and technologies, assist with prototyping and

• Act as a Technical lead to the Development and Testing resources for the day to day software development efforts.
• Assist with our testing strategy and help our Team move towards TDD (Test Driven Development).

• Ensure adherence to established quality control practices and software development processes.
