Your Role as a Lead Mobile Developer

As a Lead Mobile Developer at Reaktor, you will take charge of delivering exceptional mobile solutions while enabling your team to succeed. You will serve as the technical
- to person, guide agile practices, and build strong client relationships to ensure
- term collaboration.

Your daily tasks include:

• Being the primary technical point of contact for the client, addressing technical questions, and ensuring quality delivery.
• Facilitating collaboration between the client’s technology and business teams to align on goals and ensure successful outcomes.
• Implementing new features across the stack, and understanding how infrastructure supports the team’s work.
• Empowering your team by fostering optimal workflows, encouraging innovation, and promoting
  - life balance.
• Building lasting relationships with clients, ensuring trust and future opportunities for collaboration.
• Guiding your team in adopting and following agile practices, driving continuous improvement.
• Overseeing and maintaining the quality of the team’s technical output, ensuring adherence to best practices and high standards.

You are an experienced Mobile Developer who enjoys facing technical challenges and is at home providing clarity in ambiguous situations.

To thrive in this position, you’ll need:

• Mobile Expertise: Strong experience in at least one mobile ecosystem (i
  OS/Android) with openness to exploring
  - platform solutions.
• Cross-Stack Proficiency: Familiarity with backend, frontend, and Dev
  Ops practices to lead complex technical efforts.
• Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading teams, mentoring developers, and fostering collaboration in agile environments.
• Consultative Mindset: Experience engaging with multiple client stakeholders to solve challenging, ambiguous problems.
• Technical Depth:
  • Proficiency in at least one
    - side programming language (Many of our projects are built with Type
    Script/Java
    Script and Node. js. But, Java/Scala/Kotlin, Clojure, and Python are also used).
  • Strong knowledge of at least one
    - side framework or language (We often use Type
    Script/Java
    Script and React on our web app projects and Swift, Java/Kotlin, or Type
    Script/Java
    Script React Native on mobile).
  • Skills to create backend services and optimize CI/CD pipelines as needed.
  • Experience with databases (e. g. , Postgre
    SQL) and Dev
    Ops practices like CI and test automation.
• Communication Skills: Fluent verbal and written English to collaborate in an international environment.
• Adaptability: Willingness to work in a hybrid setup, balancing office, client premises, and remote work.
