In this leadership role, you’ll mentor engineers, guide technical direction, and remain
- on with a
- edge Node. js stack. You’ll be responsible for enhancing the platform’s critical search functionality—a key business component—as the company transitions from a legacy monolith to a
- native microservices architecture, enabling scalable growth and operational efficiency.

Whether you’re a senior engineer ready to step into leadership or an existing lead seeking greater ownership, this

You will:

• Lead and mentor a new team of engineers
• Guide delivery of a greenfield product with high visibility

• Collaborate with product, QA, and leadership to drive success

Skills / Experience:

• Strong engineering background (Node. js is a must)
• Leadership experience
• Passion for coaching, influencing, and building team culture

Salary / Remuneration: €65, 000 - €75, 000 + benefits
