As Lead Node. js Engineer, you’ll be entrusted with building and leading a brand new distributed engineering team from the ground up, taking full ownership of a critical new product initiative set to redefine the company’s core offering.

In this fully remote leadership position, you’ll shape the culture and direction of your team, mentor engineers, and guide technical strategy—all while staying
- on with a modern Node. js stack. Your remote team will be responsible for the search functionality of the platform, a core business component, as the company transitions from a legacy monolith to a scalable,
- based,
- native architecture.

You will:

Lead and mentor a new team of engineers

Guide delivery of a greenfield product with high visibility

Stay
- on with Node. js and modern cloud infrastructure

Collaborate with product, QA, and leadership to drive success

Skills / Experience:

Strong engineering background (Node. js is a must)

Leadership experience

Passion for coaching, influencing, and building team culture

Salary / Remuneration: €65, 000 - €75, 000 + benefits
