Lead Pricing Operations & Program Manager

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

• Maintain and update global price lists, SKUs, and pricing documentation.
• Coordinate pricing implementation with Digital, Finance, Sales, and Legal teams.
• Support pricing launches, communications, and sales enablement.
• Manage pricing change requests, governance meetings, and version control.
• Lead process optimization and automation initiatives related to pricing workflows.
• Ensure operational readiness and accurate execution of pricing updates across systems.

Requirements

• Degree in
  Business, Operations, or related field (MBA/PMP is a plus).
• Experience in pricing operations and execution.
• Proficiency with CRM/CPQ tools (Salesforce, Net
  Suite) and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of Saa
  S/Paa
  S pricing, SKU design, and process improvement.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence) and
  - functional collaboration.
• Prior experience collaborating with Digital / IT to implement pricing and discount logic will be valued.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
