Your creative field

Are you ready to shape the future of our Digital Compliance Office (short DCO) platform?

In this role, you will quickly take on responsibility, develop a deep understanding of our product and work hand in hand with the team. You will take responsibility for the technical development of the DCO platform, make the development process more efficient and achieve clear improvements in usability and functionality. Long-term, you will play a central role in the continuous development of the platform, contribute creative ideas and make a significant contribution to the growth of the company.

Your main tasks are:

You develop and maintain the developer roadmap for our DCO platform based on company goals, market analysis and feedback from our users.

You take care of the creation of product requirements and coordinate the implementation with the development team.

You prioritize features and find the balance between the different stakeholder requirements.

You ensure continuous improvements to the
- friendliness and quality of the DCO platform.

You support the marketing and sales team with your
- depth product knowledge, develop product demos, training courses and information materials and thus help colleagues to understand and communicate innovations in DCO.

Your profile

Successfully completed studies in computer science or a related field

Experience in product management of Saa
S platforms and the application of agile methods, combined with a solid understanding of compliance issues and regulatory requirements

Skilled in
- functional collaboration and communication with various stakeholders

In-depth experience in
- based product analysis

Technical understanding of platform architecture and ideally experience with AI-powered tools or even as a software developer

Confident in communicating in German and English, both written and verbal

Dein Gestaltungsfeld

Bist Du bereit, die Zukunft unserer Digital Compliance Office (kurz DCO) - Plattform zu gestalten?

In dieser Rolle übernimmst Du schnell Verantwortung, entwickelst ein tiefes Verständnis für unser Produkt und arbeitest Hand in Hand mit dem Team. Du wirst die Verantwortung für die technische Weiterentwicklung der DCO-Plattform übernehmen, den Entwicklungsprozess effizienter gestalten und klare Verbesserungen in der Usability und Funktionalität erzielen. Langfristig spielst Du eine zentrale Rolle in der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Plattform, bringst kreative Ideen ein und trägst maßgeblich zum Wachstum des Unternehmens bei.

Deine Hauptaufgaben wären:

Du entwickelst und pflegst die Entwickler Roadmap für unsere DCO-Plattform, basierend auf den Unternehmenszielen, Marktanalysen und dem Feedback unserer Nutzer.

Du kümmerst Dich um die Erstellung von Produktanforderungen und koordinierst die Umsetzung mit dem Entwicklungsteam.

Du priorisierst Features und findest die Balance zwischen den verschiedenen Anforderungen der Stakeholder.

Du sorgst für kontinuierliche Verbesserungen der Benutzerfreundlichkeit und der Qualität der DCO-Plattform.

Du unterstützt das Marketing- und Sales-Team mit Deinem fundierten Produktwissen, entwickelst Produktdemos, Schulungen und Informationsmaterialien und trägst so dazu bei, dass die Kolleg:innen Neuerungen im DCO verstehen und vermitteln können

Das bringst Du mit

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung

Erfahrung im Produktmanagement von Saa
S-Plattformen sowie in der Anwendung agiler Methoden, kombiniert mit einem soliden Verständnis für Compliance-Themen und regulatorische Anforderungen

Sicher in der funktionsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern

Fundierte Erfahrung in der datenbasierten Produktanalyse

Technisches Verständnis von Plattformarchitekturen und idealerweise Erfahrung mit KI-gestützten Tools oder sogar als Software-Entwickler:in

Sicher in der Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich
