We are looking for a full-time, permanent

Lead

Product Manager (all genders) to start as soon as possible, ideally in Porto, Portugal.

Are you ready to shape the future of our Digital Compliance Office (DCO) platform?

In this role, you will take on responsibility, develop a deep understanding of our product, and work closely with the team. You will oversee the technical development of the DCO platform, improve development efficiency, and enhance usability and functionality. Long-term, you will play a key role in the platform's continuous development, contribute creative ideas, and significantly impact the company's growth.

Your main tasks include:

1. Develop and maintain the developer roadmap for our DCO platform based on company goals, market analysis, and user feedback.
2. Create product requirements and coordinate implementation with the development team.
3. Prioritize features, balancing stakeholder requirements.
4. Ensure ongoing improvements to the
   - friendliness and quality of the DCO platform.
5. Support marketing and sales with your
   - depth product knowledge, develop demos, training, and informational materials to help colleagues understand and communicate innovations in DCO.

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies in computer science or a related field.
• Experience in Saa
  S platform product management, agile methods, with a solid understanding of compliance and regulatory issues.
• Skilled in collaboration and communication with various stakeholders.
• Deep experience in product analysis.
• Technical understanding of platform architecture; experience with AI-powered tools or as a software developer is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
