Responsibilities- Lead the evolution of a global AI-powered chatbot for technical information (engineering)- Act as the main point of contact between business and technical teams, managing stakeholders worldwide who don't speak the technical
- Ensure roadmap definition, prioritization and delivery, maintaining a clear focus on feature benefits and business
- Drive the scalability and centralization of the
- Assume ownership of the product lifecycle — from concept to
- Coordinate a technical team, promoting collaboration, autonomy and continuous improvement
Qualifications- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related
- Proven experience as Product Owner, Technical Lead, or AI Project Manager- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence / Agentic AI concepts and their application to enterprise
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Strategic and proactive mindset, able to adjust direction quickly and ensure roadmap
- Experience leading or coordinating technical
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)Nice to
- Background in engineering or technical chatbot
- Experience with AI-driven platforms
