Are you a seasoned Lead Product Manager looking to grow in a team of

As a Lead Product Manager, you will be working closely with entrepreneurs as if you were their
- founder. You’ll bring a lean management perspective to help them prioritise and focus on the right features at each time. To prioritise, you will act as the orchestrator of the product vision and need to have
- depth business knowledge.

You’ll then merge that with the User Experience vision, keeping in mind the technology impact of those decisions in demanding web projects.

You won’t be alone working with these
- edge technologies. You’ll be among a
- functional team of seasoned Altarions with expertise in a multitude of sectors, from fintech and marketplace to AI and Io
T.

This is a hybrid position, and as so, you’ll be expected to come to the office 2 or 3 days per week.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Lead Product Manager, you’ll be:

• Taking the wheel with new clients as the Product Responsible;
• Managing the creation and execution of complex technical products from day one. In some cases, within a product team; in most cases, though, you will need to take full ownership and drive the product direction with full autonomy;
• Independently managing several products at the same time, organising the process for multiple stakeholders – clients, developers, and designers;
• Assisting some complex sales processes with early product recommendations.
• Creating and maintaining a product backlog;
• Actively mitigating impediments impacting the successful completion of Release/Sprint Goals;
• Use your knowledge of the market, tech, competition, and current trends to define innovative functional solutions to boost Product value.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the Software Development Industry, of which at least 3 years working in software houses/tech consulting companies, creating products for clients, not (just)
  - house;
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills;
• Excellent organisational and time management skills;
• Sharp analytical and
  - solving skills;
• Creative thinking with a vision;
• Fluid intelligence & abstract reasoning;
• Attention to detail;
• Ability to mix a structured
  - centric approach with an
  -
  -
  - box creative mindset;
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  
  

• Previous working experience as a Founder or Top Product Manager of a Tech Startup.
  
  

• You will have to be located in the Greater Lisbon Area, as this position requires regular visits to our office (2, 3 days per week, on average) in central Lisbon;
• Depending on the candidate's experience, there is an option to start as a freelance/independent contractor and evolve into a permanent position.
