About The Role

We are looking for a Lead Product Software Engineer to join our dynamic team, contributing
- on to the design and development of our software products.

You will be working on an ambitious,
- impact project that serves as a key growth pillar for the organization. The primary focus will be on enhancing Flowin, our Saa
S-based
- invoicing solution, by expanding its digital capabilities - such as deeper integration with electronic invoicing standards like Peppol.

You are responsible for designing and building the solution, with
- stack technical ownership in an agile,
- paced environment. You will take
-
- end responsibility across product development, customer needs, cloud infrastructure (Ia
C) and production operations - truly reflecting a Dev
Ops mindset.

What You´ll Bring

• Solid expertise in Java development, with
  - on experience in building scalable, maintainable, and
  - performance applications and tools. Using modern Java frameworks like Spring Boot, background in older frameworks is a plus
• Fluency in English is a must
• Passionate on evolving the architectural needs of the software solutions.
• Solid understanding of API design (REST, Open
  API, Graph
  QL) and microservices architecture
• Working experience with queueing solutions (AWS SQS/SNS, GCP Pub
  Sub)
• Hands-on experience with databases: SQL (Oracle, Postgres) and No
  SQL
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e. g. , Gitlab, Jenkins, bash scripting)
• Proficient with development tools: Git, Maven, Intelli
  J
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), Kubernetes, and serverless architectures
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, AWS CDK, Pulumi, Ansible, Helm)
• Comfortable working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience in leading and mentoring development teams
• Help drive various topics to successful completion
• Strong Dev

• Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and
  - performance software solutions
• Assess application requirements, design principles, architectural patterns and performance optimization
• Contribute to backend development, infrastructure (Ia
  C), and CI/CD pipelines
• Drive continuous improvement through refactoring, testing, and code quality initiatives
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and deliver features
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and agile planning processes
• Provide technical guidance, act as a mentor and technical guide for other developers and provide support.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Promote a mindset of continuous learning, ownership and improvement within the team.
