Who are we looking for?

Lead Senior Developer

• Solid experience in. NET development using C# and WPF;
• Experience leading a team or acting as a technical mentor, you know how to balance
  - on development with team responsibilities;
• You are proactive, organized, and communicate clearly across technical and
  - technical teams;
• You enjoy building internal systems that support and accelerate other teams;
• Strong
  - solving skills and a drive to automate and simplify processes;
• You take ownership and help your team deliver
  - quality solutions;
• Very good English skills, German or French is a plus;
• You want to work on a product that makes a
  - world difference in healthcare;

not a must, but nice to have:

• Experience with Dev
  Ops, CI/CD, or infrastructure automation;
• Familiarity with
  - based access control, logging/monitoring, and process automation frameworks;
• Previous work on internal developer platforms, admin tools, or workflow automation system.
