- on development and leadership is circa 50/50.

Hybrid model : 2-3 days/week in the Porto office

✅ What You’ll Bring:

Hands-on experience with C# or React

Proven team leadership or mentoring experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field)

Comfortable working in Agile teams

Strong English communication skills

Nice to Have:

Docker, Kubernetes, No
