Job Title: Lead Business Analyst

The Lead Business Analyst will workshop & manage customer requirements, define functional specifications, and support build & test activities. The role involves directly configuring the CSG CPQ and Order Management system.

Responsibilities:

1. Dive deep into telecommunications markets, products, sales, delivery, and operations.
2. Solve business problems considering technical, financial, and operational constraints.
3. Own business analysis initiatives, ensuring timely and quality delivery as per scope.
4. Develop
   -
   - end solution blueprints and configure workflows and catalogues, considering exception scenarios.
5. Contribute to improving methodologies for efficiency.
6. Manage client expectations through workshops and feedback sessions.
7. Work independently and as part of a team.
8. Mentor and lead a team of solution designers.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Hands-on coding experience, including understanding of
   - oriented programming and software configuration/development.
2. 5-7 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in telecom billing, product catalog, or pricing domains.
3. Strong communication skills, requirement documentation, and business process mapping expertise.
4. Experience working with vendors.
5. Experience with
   - driven systems (e. g. , Salesforce, SAP, Service
   Now, Siebel).
6. Proficiency in English in a business environment.
