The Lead Business Analyst will workshop & manage customer requirements, define functional specifications, and support building & testing, including directly configuring the CSG CPQ and Order Management system.

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will:

1. Deep dive into telecommunications, developing detailed knowledge of markets, products, sales, delivery, and operations.
2. Solve
   - world business problems, considering technical, financial, and operational constraints.
3. Own business analysis initiatives, ensuring work packages are delivered on time, with quality, and within scope, as per the Project Manager's agreement.
4. Create
   -
   - end solution blueprints, configure workflows and catalogues, and consider exception scenarios for robust solutions.
5. Contribute to improving our methodology for faster and better execution.
6. Manage client expectations through workshops and feedback sessions.
7. Work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed.
8. Mentor and lead a team of budding solution designers.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

1. Have
   - on coding experience, understanding when to use global/local variables,
   - oriented programming, and software configuration/development experience.
2. Bring 5-7 years of experience as a business analyst, especially in telecom billing, product catalog, or pricing domains.
3. Possess strong communication and business analysis skills, including requirement documentation and business process mapping.
4. Have experience working as a vendor.
5. Have
   - on experience with
   - driven systems (e. g. , Salesforce, SAP, Service
   Now, Siebel).
6. Are proficient in English in a business environment.
