Tasks

What You Will Do

• Conduct meaningful conversations that support individuals in reconnecting with their direction and values
• Recognise, with subtlety, who is ready to take ownership of their next steps
• Guide decision‑making processes with neutrality, clarity and respect
• Build genuine relationships
• Identify individuals who align with a high‑integrity leadership pathway
• Work remotely with flexible hours (minimum 10–15 hours per week) – suitable alongside existing work as you grow into the role

Requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience or self‑employment
• High authenticity and emotional maturity
• Strong self‑direction and the ability to manage work‑rest balance
• Genuine interest in expanding your own professional and inner capacities
• Excellent English skills (required)
• Ability to communicate human to human – beyond roles, masks or projections
• A genuine interest in integrating spiritual awareness with professional growth and fulfillment
• Alignment with a team culture grounded in self‑awareness rather than posturing
