Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a
- rounded software engineer to join our team in developing AI-powered solutions for customer service.

Our team has extensive knowledge of how customers solve issues for their customers, and we want to use this knowledge to create conversational AI agents that can solve problems better and faster.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and develop our Ruby on Rails and Type
Script-based services, participate in brainstorming, designing, prototyping, and programming within an agile environment, drive the resolution of reliability problems at scale, cultivate a
- centric approach, lead and mentor colleagues, and effectively communicate changes and strategies to stakeholders.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will have 3+ years of experience writing and maintaining services in Ruby on Rails, Node
JS, or Type
Script, experience with LLM integrations and AI feature implementation, strong engineering experience and solid knowledge of systems design, autonomy to lead a project, ability to mentor and lead junior engineers, experience using observability tools, and
- mindedness and inclusivity.

You should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, experience with Content Management Systems,
- driven architecture, and
- volume,
- availability environments, familiarity with modern JS frameworks, and contributor or owner of
- source projects.

Requirements:

• Autonomy to lead a project through its execution
• Able to mentor and lead junior engineers
• Experience using observability tools to ensure system reliability at scale
