About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Leading hand or experienced plant operator familiar with operating CAT980 or similar loaders in a mining environment. Two years or more experience operating a mobile crushing plant.

• 8/6 roster
• 12+ months

• Supervise a small team of mobile crusher operators to meet production schedules
• Ensure all mobile crushing equipment is operated safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the mobile crushing operations
• Identify and resolve any issues or problems that arise during operations
• Liaise with project manager and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met
• Promote a positive and
  - focused work culture
• Carry out minor repairs and maintenance work to plant & equipment

• Must have leadership potential and be willing and able to
  - up into a supervisory position leading small crew, suit talented operator looking to advance their career
• Technical knowledge of mobile crushing equipment and operations highly regarded
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to maintaining high safety standards
• Ability to work in a remote location and adapt to changing work environments
