Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in daily scrums
• Plan tasks and support all coordinating development activities
• Design, develop, and maintain our product with a strong focus on back‑end solutions using a microservices architecture
• Contribute actively as a Lead back‑end developer
• Drive continuous improvement of the codebase by applying best development practices and modern engineering principles
• Lead and oversee the migration from a monolithic application to a serverless microservices architecture

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 6 years of hands‑on experience with C#/. NET
• Minimum of 2 years of technical leadership roles
• Proven experience with Relational Databases (SQL)
• Strong understanding of design patterns and software architecture principles
• Excellent teamwork and leadership skills
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
