We are seeking a Lead. NET Developer to join our team. In this role, you will participate in an
- based software development
- cycle. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the production support team for the release and maintenance of the components. You will also provide feedback and proposals based on your experience and knowledge on architecture, design, technology choices, and the technological direction of the platform. This role requires expertise in technical analysis, documentation, development, testing, and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an
  - based software development
  - cycle including technical analysis, documentation, development, testing, and code reviews
• Propose and provide feedback from experience/knowledge on architecture, design, technology choices, and technology direction of the platform
• Collaborate with the production support team for the release and maintenance of the components
• Oversee and manage the team of engineers

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional development experience in C# technologies for
  - time systems
• 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
• Experience with the. NET Framework
• Good understanding of
  - driven development and continuous integration practices
• Some experience with Windows Presentation Foundation
• Strong
  - solving skills
• Desire to quickly learn and dive into new domain knowledge
• Ability to work as part of a globally distributed team
