Overview

Lean Process Engineer position at Körber. Support process optimization, identify areas for improvement, and implement Lean practices to enhance operational efficiency. Focus on assembly and manufacturing process improvement while promoting Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies across the plant.

Responsibilities

• Assist in process analysis, identify waste, propose solutions and implementations;
• Lead and help to implement continuous improvement initiatives in the different areas;
• Identify opportunities and implement them in the manufacturing or installation process, factory layout management accordingly to the product portfolio and forecast, 5S Program Management (Factory and Office) and Factory KPI Management;
• Define Lean strategies;
• Lead teams in implementing solutions.

Your profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt;
• 5 years of experience;
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt;
• Training in leadership and team management;
• Lean Management;
• Solid knowledge of Lean methodologies;
• Proficiency in process analysis;
• Strong understanding of continuous improvement tools;
• Autonomy and proactivity;
• Persuasion and negotiation;
• Teamwork;
• Results orientation;
• Resilience.
