Your role in our team

Support process optimization, identify areas for improvement, and implement Lean practices to enhance operational efficiency. Focus on assembly and manufacturing process improvement, promoting Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies across the manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in process analysis, identify waste, propose solutions, and implement improvements;
2. Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives in different areas;
3. Identify opportunities and implement them in manufacturing or installation processes, manage factory layout according to product portfolio and forecast, oversee 5S programs (factory and office), and manage factory KPIs;
4. Define and develop Lean strategies;
5. Lead teams in implementing solutions.

Your profile

1. Degree in Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma Green Belt;
2. At least 5 years of relevant experience;
3. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification;
4. Training in leadership and team management;
5. Knowledge of Lean Management and methodologies;
6. Proficiency in process analysis;
7. Strong understanding of continuous improvement tools;
8. Autonomy and proactivity;
9. Persuasion and negotiation skills;
10. Teamwork orientation;
11. Results-oriented mindset;
12. Resilience.
