Support process optimization, identify areas for improvement, and implement Lean practices to enhance operational efficiency. Focus on assembly and manufacturing process improvement, promoting Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies across the manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in process analysis, identify waste, propose solutions, and implement improvements;
• Lead and support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across various areas;
• Identify opportunities and implement improvements in manufacturing or installation processes, manage factory layout according to product portfolio and forecast, oversee 5S programs (factory and office), and manage factory KPIs;
• Lead teams in implementing solutions.

Your profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma Green Belt;
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience;
• Training in leadership and team management;
• Knowledge of Lean Management and solid understanding of Lean methodologies;
• Proficiency in process analysis tools;
• Strong understanding of continuous improvement tools;
• Autonomy, proactivity, persuasion, negotiation, teamwork, results orientation, and resilience.
