Learning & Development Business Partner (Maternity Leave Cover) – Airbus GBS, Lisbon

Responsibilities

• Gather Learning & KM needs and priorities from the business, propose development & delivery plans addressing those needs in alignment with Business and HR strategy.
• Learning Plan Management : Build & deliver Learning & KM plans addressing critical business needs while balancing cost and capacity constraints.
• Learning Offer Development : Design & develop new learning solutions from business needs, respecting project management standards; ensure operational delivery feasibility and maintain offer quality and performance. Identify opportunities to streamline and digitalize the learning offer and support change and innovation initiatives.
• Learning Delivery Management : Ensure business proximity and gather learning needs; capture constraints, assess feasibility, and lead deployment of the learning plan with various stakeholders. Propose solutions based on expert knowledge of processes and Supply Chain. Manage
  - contractor logistics for training sessions. Monitor deployment performance via KPIs and risk management; lead actions to improve and optimize training deployment.

Requirements

• Degree in HR / Business / Social Studies
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in the learning field
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Capacity to manage stakeholders and build relationships
