Ensure operational delivery feasibility and maintain the learning offer effectiveness, quality and performance. Provide any opportunity to streamline and digitalize the Learning offer in perspective of performance and effectiveness. Support the change and innovation initiatives within the organization. * **Learning Delivery Management**Ensure Business proximity and gather learning needs and priorities. Capture business constraints, assess feasibility and lead deployment of learning plan with different stakeholders, propose solutions based on Expert knowledge of processes and Supply Chain. Manage
