We are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist who is passionate about aviation and eager to contribute to an ambitious and sustainable project. Main Objectives

Ensure effective management, planning, and control of training activities across the company.

Contribute to the continuous development of our teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory training requirements.

Enhance learning processes that directly support operational excellence in aviation.

Main Activities

Support in the design, organization, and monitoring of annual training plans.

Ensure compliance with aviation training standards and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate training records, certificates, and reporting.

Liaise with internal teams and external training providers.

Provide support during audits related to training and development.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in training management, coordination, or learning & development.

University degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Strong organizational, communication, and
- solving skills.

Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).

Passion for aviation and motivation to grow in a dynamic, highly regulated industry.
