We are looking for a talented and accomplished Learning Specialist to join our team to enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing, updating, and conducting training programs that will boost employees' workplace performance in alignment with Foundever’s core values.
As a Learning Specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Creating learning experiences that equip new and
- term associates to excel through classroom instruction,
- floor mentoring, and
-
- one skills coaching. - Modifying and presenting training programs for representatives/agents.
- Tracking and analyzing training programs by examining agent performance.
- Recommending changes to training programs.
- Conducting training for representatives/agents and
- line supervisors on new products/services, selling skills, and system changes. - Participating in identifying program needs, obtaining technical data, and scheduling programs.
- Maintaining training records.
- Reiterating the importance of tracking and analyzing training effectiveness.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- Native or proficient level of English (mandatory)
- Strong facilitation,
- solving, research, and
- making skills - Solid understanding and use of computer basics (Internet,
- mail, MS Office) - Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage challenging trainees and customers while remaining in control
- Good judgment and clear communication skills
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule
- Skills in designing, developing, and delivering training material
- Ability to carry out Training Needs Analysis
- Strong presentation skills
- Visual design skills and ability to storyboard
- Proficiency in Power
Point and Excel - Critical thinking skills
- Ability to learn quickly on the job
- Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
- Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Portugal
- Availability to work in a hybrid model
Education and Experience:
- College degree in Education, HR, or a related field (preferable)
- Experience as a Trainer or Learning Specialist in BPO
- At least 2 years of customer service or technical support experience coaching and mentoring others, preferably in a
- paced contact center environment
