Your role:
Create and post listings for available properties
Respond to inquiries and schedule property showings
Interact professionally with tenants to address their needs and concerns
Conduct
- in/move-out inspections
Prepare a list of maintenance issues for short term and mid term rentals and coordinate the repairs.
Build positive relationships with tenants to encourage lease renewals.
Customer care towards guests and tenants
Write monthly activity reports and updates for owners
Handle rent collection and track payments.
Data entry
Administrative work dealing with multiple platforms and software for property management (no previous experience needed)
Skills and experience:
- At least 2 years of
- time commercial / real estate / hospitality work experience - Business degree or hospitality degree
- Quality-centric mindset
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Flexible hours and work on weekends
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication and
- building skills - Highly organized and
- oriented - Entrepreneurial curiosity and a
- do attitude suitable in a
- growth, startup environment - Ability to coordinate and bring to closure many small tasks throughout the day
Competitive salary based on experience: €1000-€1200 gross
Start date: October 1st
