As a Legal Back-Office Advisor in Lisbon, you will help meet performance goals across operations and fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence, focusing on quality, efficiency, and customer journey improvements.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Verify if transport operators are treating all passengers by their rights.
• Understand the customer's unique situation and proceed with treatment and
  - up of their legal claims.
• Manage legal claims with different actors including lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies to properly assess the customer’s claiming foundations.

Your Qualifications

• High level of French (C2) and fluent English (B2).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in Customer Service or as a tourism/travel representative is a plus.
• Proactive,
  - motivated, and a great team player.
