With fixed working hours from
Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM

Your responsibilities

• Verify that transport operators comply with passenger rights
• Process and follow up on legal customer inquiries
• Collaborate with lawyers, legal officers, and national authorities
• Document and manage cases in the internal system
• Support the improvement of processes and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Fluent German skills and basic English skills
• Strong communication skills and a
  - oriented mindset
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Availability for at least 6 months
• A positive and flexible attitude
