About the Role

We are looking for a driven and ambitious
- level lawyer to join our international Legal Team, with a focus on supporting Fever’s operations in Portuguese-speaking jurisdictions. This role will involve drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in Portuguese and English, providing legal advice to business partners, and helping Fever scale globally while maintaining compliance.

This role will entail:

• Drafting / revising Portuguese and English language commercial contracts, terms and conditions, RFP submission documentation and similar legal documents
• Supporting commercial teams in the negotiation of deals and documents
• Researching legal issues related to product development and regulatory compliance
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external advisors to prioritise and manage legal matters
• Assisting and participating in knowledge management and operational excellence within Legal, including by identifying the need for and participating in preparation of templates, guides, processes and similar documents and tools
• Participating in ongoing compliance functions and product advice as required
• Upskilling, support, and growth of other team members

Responsibilities

• Be a practising lawyer with 5+ years of
  - qualification experience working in a Portuguese-speaking jurisdiction.
• Professional fluency in Portuguese and English is essential, with proficiency in an additional language a strong plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence.
• Experience working on international projects or with global teams.
• A team player who is adaptable and eager to learn.

Location

Madrid, with some flexibility for starting dates.
