We are looking for a driven, associate‑level lawyer with a hands‑on mindset, to join our international In‑House Legal Team and support operations in Portuguese‑speaking jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Drafting / revising Portuguese and English commercial contracts, terms and conditions, RFP submission documentation and similar legal documents.
• Supporting commercial teams in negotiation of deals and documents.
• Researching legal issues related to product development and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external advisors to prioritise and manage legal matters.
• Assisting and participating in knowledge management and operational excellence within Legal, including preparing templates, guides, processes and tools.
• Participating in ongoing compliance functions and providing product advice as required.
• Upskilling, supporting and growing other team members.

Qualifications

• Practising lawyer with 5 + years post‑qualification experience in a Portuguese‑speaking jurisdiction.
• Professional fluency in Portuguese and English (additional language a strong plus).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, high emotional intelligence.
• Experience working on international projects or with global teams.
• A team player, adaptable and eager to learn.

Location: Lisbon (some flexibility for starting dates)
