Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of the contracting cycle with respect to sales agreements and various other contracts.
• Negotiation of standard contracts as well as customer‑specific contracts and negotiations directly with distributors, vendors, etc.
• Collaborate with local business leaders and advise on legal risks and issues related to the Company’s business, including sales, purchasing, HR, product, corporate and dispute resolution.
• Take charge of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a diverse range of agreements and collaborate seamlessly with cross‑functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, HR and Product.
• This is a 100% remote position in Portugal.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with standard contract terms and conditions for sales of product and software.
• Experience supporting Sales.
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written skills in English, including work experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent contract development and negotiation skills.
