About the Role

As Legal Counsel, you will:

• Provide legal advice on commercial, corporate, and labor law matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support different business units on

  - day legal questions.
• Manage certifications, apostilles, and corporate documentation.
• Conduct audits of legal documents and processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and implement internal policies and compliance programs.
• Liaise with external law firms, partners, and public institutions.
• Deliver training sessions on legal and compliance topics to employees.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law.
• 4–5 years of professional experience in commercial & corporate law, ideally within a corporate legal department or a law firm (internships can be partially considered if within the same organization).
• Solid background in commercial law and proximity to business operations.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial contracts, and labor law.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.
