What Youll Do in This Role

Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring transport operators uphold passenger rights.
• Understanding each customer's situation and supporting their legal claims.
• Managing legal claims with stakeholders such as lawyers and enforcement bodies to assess claim validity.

Your Qualifications

This role is suitable if you:

• Speak German fluently and have at least B2 level in English.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Have experience in Customer Service or travel/tourism (a plus).
• Are proactive,
  - motivated, and a team player.
