Join Our Team as a German Legal Online Operations Analyst in Lisbon!

We are looking for dedicated team members to join our international hub in Lisbon. This role involves reviewing, analyzing, and acting on reported content to maintain a safe digital environment, focusing on legal compliance such as DMCA regulations.

Location: R. Febo Moniz 27B, 1150-152 Lisboa, Portugal

Salary: EUR 16, 800 per year gross plus bonuses

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, weekends off

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze
  - generated content, including reviews, images, and websites
• Apply legal frameworks and client guidelines to assess and act on reported content
• Handle legal requests related to privacy, defamation, fraud, etc.
• Evaluate request validity and ensure timely processing
• Stay updated on relevant policies and guidelines

Requirements:

• Strong command of English and excellent communication skills
• Up to 12 months of experience in administrative or
  - oriented roles
• Familiarity with BPO KPIs is a plus
• Proactive,
  - organized, and a fast learner
• Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail
