LEGAL DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST / TRANSACTION LAWYER (AMSTERDAM/FRANKFURT/GENEVA/GUERNSEY/LISBON/LONDON/MILAN/ZURICH) – Leonteq

Leonteq is a Swiss fintech company offering a marketplace for structured investment solutions. We are seeking a Legal Documentation Specialist / Transaction Lawyer who could be located in one of the following branches: Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Geneva, Guernsey, Lisbon, London, Milan, or Zurich.

What you’ll do

• Draft legal documents/templates for structured financial products across all asset classes (e. g. final terms/pricing supplements)
• Be the primarily responsible person for several base prospectuses
• Review legal documentation for financial products according to internal and external guidelines
• Contribute to regulatory projects and initiatives
• Support automation of processes and regulatory documents
• Manage relationships with internal and external parties (law firms, regulators and exchanges) in terms of legal documentation and related processes
• Answer regulatory queries and questions around financial products with stakeholders (Product Management, Middle Office, Trading)
• Provide internal advice regarding documentation, issuance and listing of structured products, as well as regulatory and legal implementation matters

What you’ll need

• Master degree in law or finance/economics with strong legal and regulatory interest
• Experience in the financial sector
• Knowledge in the area of financial derivatives and structured products
• Strong interest in complex and new legal and regulatory topics
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and
  - solving skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently and under pressure, manage goals and set priorities
• Fluent in business English
