LEGAL DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST / TRANSACTION LAWYER (AMSTERDAM/FRANKFURT/GENEVA/GUERNSEY/LISBON/LONDON/MILAN/ZURICH) at Leonteq. We’re seeking a highly capable Legal Documentation Specialist / Transaction Lawyer from across the globe. Roles may be located in one of the following branches: AMSTERDAM / FRANKFURT / GENEVA / GUERNSEY / LISBON / LONDON / MILAN / ZURICH.

ABOUT THE ROLE

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Draft legal documents/templates for structured financial products across all asset classes (e. g. , final terms/pricing supplements)
• Serve as the primary responsible person for several base prospectuses
• Review legal documentation for financial products according to internal and external guidelines
• Contribute to regulatory projects and initiatives
• Support automation of processes and regulatory documents
• Manage relationships with internal and external parties (law firms, regulators and exchanges) regarding legal documentation and related processes
• Answer regulatory queries with stakeholders (Product Management, Middle Office, Trading) on documentation and related matters
• Provide internal advice on documentation, issuance and listing of structured products, and regulatory and legal implementation matters

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Master degree in law or finance/economics with strong legal and regulatory interest
• Experience in the financial sector
• Knowledge of financial derivatives and structured products
• Strong interest in complex and new legal and regulatory topics
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and
  - solving skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently and under pressure; able to manage own goals and priorities
• Fluent in business English
